Shipping
Puppy Meets Baby ships via UPS Ground. In stock items are sent within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you at time of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated according to the amount of your purchase. We are unable to ship to a Post Office box, a street address is required. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Sales Tax
We must collect sales tax in the state of New York where we are based.

Return Policies
If any Puppy Meets Baby website purchase does not meet your expectations, please return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of sale for merchandise exchange or store credit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that has been used or not in its original condition. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for toys, shoes, special orders, sale items or perishable merchandise.
We offer one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will require a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $15. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have sizing question. We are happy to help and assist in any way possible!

Please note: We do not issue refunds and cannot accept returns COD. We also cannot honor exchanges for merchandise that is sent back after 30 days (from date of purchase). Store credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases.

Please return merchandise in its original packaging and state and let us know the items you are returning, reason for the return and what you like to exchange the merchandise for. Please also include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

Damaged Items
If your merchandise is damaged or defective, please call us first at 716-631-2790. Please do not send it back without speaking with us first. We are not responsible for any damaged merchandise returned to us without our consent.

Any information you provide to us will be held in the strictest confidence and only be used to improve our own services to you. If an item you purchased be one that a manufacturer ships for us, we will share only the necessary information needed for them to do so.
